( WIUU) is a liberal arts institute situated in the centre of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The university was developed in 1997 and provides a scholastic program that integrates the practices of organization education in Ukraine and in the USA. WIUU to date is the only Ukrainian greater finding out organization with programs that cause both Ukrainian degrees (Bachelor of Management and Master of International Business Management) and American degrees (Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration).

WIUU was developed in 1997 by cooperation of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in Kyiv, Wisconsin International University (Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA) and Professor Oleksandr Romanovskiy. WIUU is certified by the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the State Accrediting Board of Ukraine to use Bachelor and Master Programs.
