The University of Southern Maine (USM) provides a double Master’s in Service Administration and Master’s in Health Management and Policy degree program to train those in the general public health field to be much better administrators through understanding management, financing, and accounting systems. Trainees finish with 2 masters degrees in simply 3 years.
