The question about street parking should be analysed further. Obviously parking in front onesu2019s driveway is illegal. Letu2019ts look at street parking in front of oneu2019s property and restate the problem like this. What can one do when a neighbor consistently parks their vehicle in front your house in a residential community? This in my view after going through this same problem is against the law. It amounts to being a nuisance and affects your rights of enjoyment of your property. The question is why must the neighbor park their vehicles in front your house? Why canu2019t they park in front their own house? Also, if it is the neighbors guests are being instructed to park in from your house then that too is unacceptable. The neighbor needs to provide proper parking for their guests and not inconvenience you. Where should your guests park when they come? Also , are these people parking in front your house scoping your property for criminal intent? Is it possible they are loitering and waiting to rob you when you are coming home or leaving? Are they targeting your family? You have to remember you are living in a residential zone and that comes with rights of enjoyment of ones property. In a commercial zone my argument would not stand up.
